The Colts were able to hold on to beat the Dolphins 27-24 after some tense moments. In that win, the offense played pretty well. Here is how each unit played in the game.

The Colts now have a fifth straight win. They won this game on the strength of their offense yet again. They were able to move the ball whenever they wanted against Miami. Because of that, they won 27-24. Here is how each unit played.

If you read this column regularly, you know that normally this would just say “Andrew Luck“. I put the entire quarterback group into it this week because Jacoby Brissett was out there for a play. In that play, he threw it to Luck for a first down. It was a little high, and forced Luck to take a shot. As far as Luck’s throwing, he did a decent job. He did throw two bad interceptions at the end of the first half. But he had a great game winning drive that he mounted at the end. He continues to be the best player on the team.

Marlon Mack played very well until he was forced out with a concussion, averaging 5.7 yards per carry. Nyheim Hines also ran the ball well and had a few good catches. Jordan Wilkins brought this grade down with a fumble after a reception. Other than that though, this unit played pretty well.

T.Y. Hilton continues to play at a very high level. He had 7 catches for 125 yards. He was a favorite target of Luck all game long. Dontrelle Inman and Chester Rogers also had some good moments. The only thing that holds this group back from an A+ rating is that they didn’t have a touchdown.

This group continues to be one of the most effective units in the league. Eric Ebron scored two touchdowns and Jack Doyle also scored one. The Colts continue to use the tight ends to great success, and I wouldn’t expect that to change anytime soon.

The offensive line didn’t have their best game. They finally allowed a sack after not having done that over the last five games. But they only allowed one sack, and they were able to open up holes for the running game. Even though Luck was under pressure a decent amount of the day.

As long as the Colts offense continues to play this well, they will be in any game they play this season. It was great to see them face adversity and still come out on top.
