The Colts could do almost no wrong today, beating down the Titans in Lucas Oil Stadium 38-10. In doing so, they showed that they are a dangerous team right now.

Coming into today’s game, the Colts had won three straight games. They made it four with an absolute demolition of Tennessee. They look like a very dangerous team right now, and it’s not just because of the offense. Both sides of the ball played great.

Defensively, the Colts weren’t very good last week against Jacksonville. They allowed 26 points and almost lost the game at the end. But they smothered the Titans offense all day long. They recorded five sacks after having pass rushing issues the last two games.

That pass rush didn’t allow the Titans to get any sort of rhythm all game long. Marcus Mariota threw a horrible interception before getting taken out with an injury. Darius Leonard continued his ridiculous play, recording an interception and a forced fumble.

Offensively, Andrew Luck continued his stellar play. He threw three touchdown passes, and almost caught another one on a trick play. T.Y. Hilton had a huge day, catching 9 balls and 2 touchdowns. Everything the offense did was right. They couldn’t be stopped.

When this team plays like this, no one can stop them. Their offense is red hot and their defense looks to have fixed some issues. That makes it really hard for anyone to beat them. This is by far the best performance that we have seen from this team this year.

The next few weeks look good in terms of scheduling. The Colts play Miami next week at Lucas Oil Stadium before back-to-back games against divisional opponents at Jacksonville and Houston. That Houston game could be huge in deciding who wins the AFC South.

The entire team should enjoy this win, because they earned it. If they keep playing like this, they will be enjoying a few more wins before it’s all over.
