2. The offense is very good…but very inconsistent

The first half of the game was an offensive clinic. The Colts went down the field and scored at will. There was no stopping their passing attack. Frank Reich had some excellent play calls that caught the Jags off guard. They scored four first half touchdowns.

But they didn’t score any points at all in the second half. The offense was shut down. There was no running game to speak of either. Marlon Mack was not a factor in the game at any point. Andrew Luck started to force some throws. It didn’t look good.

That is something that the Colts have to take care of moving forward. The offense has to be more consistent if they are going to beat good teams. They don’t have a good enough defense to not have a high-scoring offense.
