The Colts are trying to get as healthy as they possibly can. The results are now mixed with one more practice left to go this week.

There were some surprises on the injury report today. Some of those surprises were people practicing, while others were related to players not practicing. But with one more practice to go this week, eight players did not participate in practice.

Five of those players also did not practice yesterday. Those players are Ryan Grant, Malik Hooker, Erik Swoope, Robert Turbin, and Jihad Ward. Most of those were expected, although it is concerning that Hooker is out for the second day in a row with that hip injury.

Another player who did not practice was Marlon Mack. He still has that ankle injury that he is dealing with. It is concerning that he didn’t practice at all today after he practiced yesterday. Proceed with caution if you have him in any fantasy leagues.

Jabaal Sheard also did not practice today. He has an abdomen injury that he is dealing with. Clayton Geathers did not practice today either with his neck injury. It makes sense that they are bringing him around slowly.

Adam Vinatieri did practice today though. He did so on a limited basis, checking out his groin issue. It wouldn’t surprise me to see him not practice tomorrow, or if he does it’s once again on a limited basis. The Colts have been bringing in kickers just in case.

Jack Doyle once again was out there on a limited basis. He still has an outside shot to play on Sunday. I would be surprised to see him out there considering the bye week is next week. They will probably let him rest these two extra weeks.

Hopefully these players can get healthy quickly and keep contributing to the team.
