Interior Offensive Line

Players to target: C Billy Price; RG Alex Redmond
Colts matchup: NT Al Woods; UT Denico Autry

The interior offensive line, specifically the right guard and center, are an area which the Colts could target to stop the ground game of the Bengals. Joe Mixon is projected to have a breakout season, and a player the Colts must stop in order to pull off the victory. This means Denico Autry and the veteran Al Woods have to attack these matchups and expose this weakness.

Price was the Bengals first round pick out of Ohio State, and played well in the reps he got during the preseason. Still, the rookie has yet to prove he is capable of protecting Andy Dalton for a full four quarters of football. The same goes for Redmond, an un-drafted free agent who has never started a game in his career.

The Bengals O-Line as a whole was ranked 26th overall by Pro Football Focus due to the inexperience and youth of the group. Expect defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus to use different blitz packages to keep this unit on their toes.
