Leonard is the rookie linebacker the Colts took in the second round. He is a starter right now and has shown that he belongs in that spot. Leonard still needs to show some consistency. The defense as a whole has been very bad so far. Leonard can help that with being in the middle of the field. Watch for him in the running game especially.
