TIER 3: Week 2 @Washington – Week 4 vs Houston – Week 6 @New York Jets;- Week 11 vs Tennessee – Week 12 vs Miami – Week 14 vs Houston

Its simple. If the Colts want to be one of the six teams in the playoffs, they have to win these games.

These six contests are the easiest on the Colts schedule and should be thought of as very winnable games. These are all teams that have struggled recently and have not shown many signs of improvement this offseason.

The two most important games in this tier are the divisional games against Houston. If the Colts manage to sweep the Texans, they will put themselves in prime position to make a run to the playoffs.

Houston had a tough battle with the injury bug last year, but are still far away from being a contender. Luck should have no problem picking apart the Texans’ poor pass defense, but Indianapolis’ defense must step up and hold off DeAndre Hopkins, Deshaun Watson and company.
