Leadership is crucial to culture, and the leadership is right. It will be exciting to see how the team comes together on this foundation of leadership.

With Chris Ballard pulling the right levers, Frank Reich pushing the right buttons, and Andrew Luck leading the right players, the culture of expectation, work ethic, responsibility, and integrity is being set.

It is this culture that will catalyze a second championship movement in Indy.
