THEY HAVE THE RIGHT HEAD COACH

This may be Frank Reich’s first head coaching job, but it is far from his first role as a leader.

Reich’s NFL experience has been centered around excellence in leadership. He previously served under Hall of Fame coach Tony Dungy in Indianapolis and was most recently a part of the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles’ coaching staff as the offensive coordinator.

As a player, he spent time as a backup and starting quarterback with the Buffalo Bills’ dynasty of the early ’90’s and led the Bills to one of the greatest playoff comebacks in the history of the game.

Reich is the right guy to build a championship-caliber leadership culture.
