Indianapolis Colts: Worst NFL Draft Picks in Franchise History
By Andrew Ites
Defensive End Bjoern Werner
Ryan Grigson made some pretty bad draft picks during his tenure as general manager, but selecting Bjoern Werner with the 24th overall pick in 2013 was the only move that was worthy of making this list.
Werner finished his career with 6.5 sacks, and he did not play another snap in the NFL after being let go by the Colts in 2015.
The Colts may be looking for a pass rusher again in this draft. Hopefully they don’t make the same mistake they did by selecting Bjoern Werner.
