Indianapolis Colts: 3 Worst Contracts on the Roster
By Andrew Ites
Andrew Luck
It’s nearly impossible to win without a franchise quarterback in today’s NFL, so it’s hard to blame the Colts for giving Andrew Luck a five-year $123 million contract in 2016.
However, Indianapolis paid Luck approximately $20 million last season and he was unable to even put on a uniform all year.
Luck has the ability to make this contract look like a bargain if he returns to his Pro Bowl form, but the complications with his shoulder recovery make this a sketchy contract moving forward.
