Indianapolis Colts 2018 Mock Draft 2.3: Rounds 6-7
By Andrew Ites
Round 6: 164th Overall Pick
The Colts’ pass defense ranked dead last in the league last season. Injuries in the secondary contributed to their issues in 2017, and the Colts could use some additional depth at cornerback.
Jaylen Dunlap may be underrated heading into the NFL Draft because he played for a terrible team in Illinois and he only had one interception in his college career. However, he has good size at 6′ 1″, and he broke up 16 passes combined over his final two seasons.
Adding Dunlap to this group of young Colts cornerbacks could be a smart move for Chris Ballard.
