4. Denzelle Good: Starting Right Guard?

While Denzelle Good was initially thought to be in a 2-man competition for the starting right tackle position along with Joe Reitz, it looks as though the team currently envisions him as potentially their starting right guard for this upcoming season instead.

The promising 2nd-year offensive lineman has almost worked exclusively at right guard and received a large portion of the 1st team reps at the position. It’s worth noting that holdover Hugh Thornton is also in the mix, but has mostly worked with the 2nd team offensive line unit.

At 6’5″, 355 pounds, Good has the size and strength to be a mammoth for the interior of the Colts offensive line. That’s simply size and brute force that no one can teach.

Good remains a bit of a project, having only made 4 career starts and coming out of unheralded Mars Hill, but has the physical tools to be a game-changer for the Colts offensive line if he can continue to develop.
