4. Ryan Kelly, Center
Another promising young offensive lineman for the Colts, only unlike Good, rookie Ryan Kelly has already been penciled in as the team’s starter at center.
As the #18 overall pick of this year’s NFL Draft, Kelly is among one of the best center prospects to come out in the last 5 years and is a plug-and-play player who should anchor the Colts interior offensive line for the next decade.
Colts fans already know this much.
However, what will be the key to watch is the ongoing chemistry that develops between starting quarterback Andrew Luck and Kelly. This cerebral two-headed monster has the potential to be among one of the best quarterback and center combinations in football.
However, building that relationship starts with reps, and training camp will be a good indicator of whether Luck and Kelly can continue to develop cohesiveness with one another.
