According to Fox Sports Senior NFL Reporter Alex Marvez, the Indianapolis Colts are among the NFL teams that are looking to fill open spots in their personnel department:

For the Colts, several vacancies have recently been created from the departure of a handful of members from their personnel department–highlighted by the loss of pro scouting coordinator Andrew Berry to the Cleveland Browns front office earlier this offseason.
However, the team apparently filled one of their openings by recently agreeing to terms with former Detroit Lions regional scout Chad Henry:

Prior to joining the Colts, Henry had spent the past 19 years in the Detroit Lions player personnel department, where he served as a regional scout.
It’ll be interesting to monitor how the Colts address their remaining personnel vacancies as the offseason progresses and which candidates may surface.
