NFL training camps are set to begin earlier this season, and the Colts could open as early as mid-July or specifically, 15 days prior to their 1st scheduled preseason game.
This means that July 23rd could be the earliest date for Colts camp to open:

Last season, the Colts rookies and veterans reported to Anderson University on August 1st for perspective.
Nevertheless, it appeared to be a mere formality that Anderson University would end up hosting Colts training camp again this upcoming summer. However, it is now officially official.
We’ll keep you posted on future training camp updates.
