A. Don’t get me wrong, Lowery wasn’t spectacular for the Colts, but he was rock solid at safety. Signing him for just short of a million was a bargain of a contract for the Colts. <p>The 8-year veteran started all 16 games for the Colts, finished 3rd on the team with 76 tackles, and also had 4 interceptions on the season.
