The Indianapolis Colts announced today that Andrew Luck will miss another week as he recovers from injury.
Andrew Luck will have to sit for one more week as he nurses his injured kidney. Luck has slowly returned to work but has yet to be clear for practice.
Andrew Luck will not play in Week 16 against Miami, per head coach Chuck Pagano.

No Andrew Luck this week. The Colts want him to get cleared THEN practice a few days. Not enough time for that this week, Pagano says.

With Luck not yet able to participate in a full practice, the team is not comfortable putting him on the field. This also means that Luck is not yet fully healed and that the regular season finale against the Titans is questionable too. Pagano said that if he’s cleared, he’ll play against Tennessee.
Pagano also stated that Matt Hasselbeck was “beat up from the feet up” and they’ll have reevaluate him as the week progresses. After Sunday’s game, Hasselbeck stated that he “didn’t have anything left” and looked like it too.
Pagano on Hasselbeck: “He’s fighting. There’s probably 9 out of 10 QBs that don’t get up off the mat…He’s not 100 percent."

This could mean the Colts will be starting Charlie Whitehusrt on Sunday in Miami, and that will likely result in another loss for the team. Pagano even joked about Pat McAfee taking reps at QB this week.
The Colts season is all but over and there is little point in play Hasselbeck or Luck for the rest of the year. If the team makes a move to bring in another QB, we’ll have a good idea of Hasselbeck’s availability this week.
