Right Tackle: Ryan Diem (2001-2011)

Make no mistake, tackle is not an interchangeable position at either end of the line. A great right tackle can’t always switch to the other end and play effectively (and they often get screwed over in voting for the Pro Bowl). Diem never had to do that, but he was just as valuable protecting the edge as Glenn was at watching Manning’s blind side.

Diem never picked up any accolades in the NFL, but he helped keep Manning upright and was rarely a liability. The Colts were incredibly lucky to have such a cohesive line throughout most of the 2000s (especially considering the turnover at guard), something they would kill for currently.
