Colts Offensive Rookie of the Year: Phillip Dorsett

While the blazing fast wideout was a surprising 1st round selection, there’s no doubt Phillip Dorsett should make a fairly significant impact for the Colts this season. Dorsett should see extensive playing time right away as the team’s #3 wideout and will likely be a mainstay in 4-wideout sets.

His tremendous speed plays up at any level, and whether it’s catching tight spirals in coverage or returning kicks on special teams, Dorsett figures to make a fair amount of explosive plays for the Colts next season. Although rookie 6th round running back Josh Robinson also warrants consideration here, Dorsett figures to get more run with the starters. He’s our pick for the Colts Rookie of the Year honors and should reach paydirt at least a handful of times.
