Colts Training Camp Schedule Released

The Indianapolis Colts have released their schedule for this season’s training camp starting on August 1. Camp will once again be held in Anderson, Ind. at Anderson University.

Practice will be held at the Kardatzke Wellness Center/Macholtz Stadium and is open to fans. Colts City will once again be featured at camp where fans can pick up collectables, visit the Pro Shop, meet cheerleaders, visit interactive booths and concessions.

Camp will run from Aug. 2 through Aug. 15.

The Colts will also have four theme days throughout the two week camp. These days are subject to change, and are generally weather dependent. From the Colts website:

"Kids Day presented by Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health– Sunday, August 2: The Colts will celebrate BLUE’s 10th season with the team by offering discounted concessions for kids. All Colts Kids Club Members will have the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt for the chance to win Colts tickets and other prizes. To become a member of the Colts Kids Club, visit Colts.com/kids.BBQ Bash at Training Camp – Wednesday, August 5: The Colts will host a BBQ Bash during the evening practice at Training Camp. The evening will include BBQ concession items, a full-squad Colts Cheerleader performance, live music inside Colts City and more.Armed Forces Day presented by BOSE – Saturday, August 8: Members of the Armed Forces are invited to attend Colts Training Camp for a day dedicated to the men and women who have served or are currently serving in our military. Discounted parking and concession will be offered for military members who present a military ID.Community Take Back Day presented by the Indiana Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force – Sunday, August 9: The Colts are teaming up with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General for a prescription drug take back event at Training Camp. Fans that bring unused or expired Rx prescriptions for safe disposal on August 9th will be given a complimentary copy of the 2014 Colts highlight DVD titled “Knocking on the Door.” For a list of permanent Rx Take Back locations,www.in.gov/bitterpill/safe_storage."

Parking is $5 per vehicle but camp is free. For a detailed map of the area, head here. Once you get near campus there will be plenty of signs directing you to the parking area and then to the stadium.

Camp is a great chance to get an early look at the team and sometimes even an autograph. We’ll be attending a majority of the practices and keep you updated on all the activity with the team.
