Week 3, September 27: at Titans, 1 PM EST on CBS (Sunday)

The Titans figure to be better than their 2-14 record last season, but it will be interesting to see if it’s either Zach Mettenberger or perhaps Marcus Mariota calling the shots at starting quarterback. The Titans will need Justin Hunter to make a 3rd-year jump at wideout if their offense wants to make some serious noise, and running back Bishop Sankey to make a sophomore leap himself.

On the other side of their football, the Titans defense figures to be better with the addition of former longtime Pittsburgh Steelers defensive whiz Dick LeBeau now dialing up exotic blitzes.

The Colts remain the heavy favorite to beat the Titans, even on the road. However, stranger things have happened. The Colts won this matchup last year 27-10 in Week 17.
