Week 2, September 21: vs. Jets, 8:30 PM EST on ESPN (Monday Night Football)

Gone is former head coach Rex Ryan, but the Jets still figure to have a plenty stalwart defense, especially with the return of shutdown cornerback Darrelle Revis.

What will determine the Jets true season success is how far young quarterback Geno Smith, or perhaps even well-traveled veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick can take them (should the former falter). Their passing attack figures to be upgraded either way with the addition of the tumultuous, yet talented Brandon Marshall at wideout.

However, this is a team that will want to run, run, and run some more against the Colts (second verse, same as the first…as this sounds eerily familiar to Week 1) in a primetime matchup. The boys in blue lost their last matchup to the Jets in the 2012 regular season, 35-9 in Week 6 on the road.
