Week 1, September 13: at Buffalo Bills, 1 PM EST on CBS (Sunday)

With Rex Ryan now leading the Bills, the team figures to at least become a lot more entertaining, if nothing else. Ryan faces yet another uninspiring quarterback group with journeyman Matt Cassell and the underperforming E.J. Manuel as the favorites to start at the position.

Still, Ryan’s defenses are always well-rounded and will likely be the backbone of this team, much like his prior coached Jets teams. He’ll likely try to take the ball out of his quarterbacks’ hands and rely heavily on the legs of recently acquired former Eagles superstar running back LeSean McCoy in what figures to be a run-dominant offensive attack. The Colts can expect the run, more run, and some more run on top of that in this matchup.

The Colts won these two teams last matchup 20-13 in Week 12 of the 2012 season.
