The Colts signed Swoope following the draft largely for his athletic prowess alone. He’s a freak athlete who is making the transition from basketball to football.
The Colts love his potential but he has a steep learning curve going forward. He’s 6-5 and 246-pounds, which translates to another red zone, matchup nightmare.
Tight end is one of the few positions where the Colts appear to be set for the future.
