While the Colts other CBs weren’t picked on, the same can’t be said of Gordy. He was only on the field for 284 snaps this season, but wasn’t very impressive. He had a 59.4-percent completion rate, four touchdowns, and 121.4 passer rating to opposing quarterbacks.
Gordy is a free agent and it would be wise to let him walk and find his someone else for the fourth CB spot.
He was on defense for just six plays but did a fine job. He was targeted three times but allowed one completion. He’s set to make just $750,000 next season. Brown was also very effective on special teams in punt coverage.
He’s bounced on and off the Colts roster and will likely be there through training camp at the very least. It’s possible he’ll take Gordy’s spot this fall.
Price didn’t play this season for the Colts but he’s still under contract and will make $435,000 next season. He’s likely going to be a camp body this fall and it wouldn’t be surprising if the Colts replaced him and others during the offseason.
