The Indianapolis Colts open up the 2014 season at the Denver Broncos. The team’s kickoff NBC’s Sunday Night Football with a rematch of last season’s coming home party for Peyton Manning.

We’ve spent the past week preparing for the game and the season.

For our comprehensive look at the season, check out our preview.  We also did a game-by-game prediction, you can find that here.

Earlier in the week, we spoke with the editor of Predominantly Orange to get some intel on the Broncos. To read their answer, go here for our Behind Enemy Lines

Last year, the Colts defeated the Broncos in part due to the strength of a few individual matchups. Here are the matchups you should watch this time around.

Can the Colts win tonight? Here’s what you should watch for if they’re going to pull out the win.

The Colts will be without lineman Joe Reitz and safety Sergio Brown didn’t travel with the team. We already know Robert Mathis will be out, as will Broncos’ Wes Welker (there was talk that the new drug testing policy would nullify his suspension, but that won’t be the case this week).

The Broncos will also be without linebacker Danny Trevathan and guard Ben Garland due to injury.
