Colts vs Saints: Preseason TV, Radio, and Online: Where to Watch

facebooktwitterreddit

The Indianapolis Colts host the New Orleans Saints tonight. This will hardly be a Super Bowl XLIV rematch, nor is it a revenge game for the 62-7 beating the Colts suffered in 2011.

Tonight, we’ll Drew Brees in his first preseason action and both team’s starters likely playing into the third quarter. Tonight will present a stiff test for the Colts against a likely playoff team. The Saints ranked in the top 10 last season in both offense and defense.

We know a number of players will be held out of tonight’s matchup, but we won’t know the specifics until just before game time. Safety Delano Howell is out for sure, and it is unlikely that Reggie Wayne will play. Rookie guard Jack Mewhort and linebacker Cam Johnson were both held out of practice Thursday as well. Robert Mathis won’t be playing either.

Yesterday, we gave you five things to watch for in tonight’s game. Earlier in the week, we went into the enemy camp and got intel from Who Dat Dish on what to expect from the Saints.

We haven’t gotten word on if the roof at Lucas Oil Stadium will be open tonight. There is a chance of scattered thunderstorms this evening, so it wouldn’t be surprising if its closed once again.
