As the Indianapolis Colts returned to training camp on Thursday, they continued adjusting pieces to their team. On Thursday, the Colts put two players on waivers, as well as signing two new players.

Guard Justin Anderson and wide receiver Rodrick Rumble were both waived by the Colts. Anderson (pectoral) is considered as waived-injured, and will be put on the Injured Reserve list, if he clears waivers. Anderson was selected by the Colts in the seventh round of the 2012 NFL Draft, and was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform List in August of that year. He was then signed to the practice squad in November of 2012, and then was placed on the Practice Squad Injured Reserve List in December. Rumble was signed as an undrafted free agent in April of this year, after a record-breaking collegiate career at Idaho State.

The Colts also signed linebacker Shawn Loiseau and undrafted free agent safety Ashante Williams. Loiseau was originally signed to the Colts practice squad last season, but was released in April. Williams had tackles at the University of Illinois last season.
