The Indianapolis Colts have agreed in principle with their final unsigned 2013 NFL draft pick.

That final unsigned pick just happened to be their first round choice, outside line backer Bjoern Werner, who the Colts drafted with the 24th overall pick in April. It took a while to sign Werner, but there was not very much concern that the deal wouldn’t get done before training camp starts for the Colts on Sunday. Now that Werner and the Colts have come to terms on a deal, then the new piece of their defense will be able to practice on time throughout camp.

The deal is still yet to be finalized, but Werner will likely be getting a four-year contract, worth around $7 million.
