The Indianapolis Colts will close out the seventh round of the 2013 NFL Draft with two picks. The Colts hold the 24th pick (230 overall) in the round, as well as the 48th (254 overall).

Indianapolis used the first of their final two picks on running back, Kerwynn Williams. Williams played at Utah State from 2009-2012, where he also showed record-breaking talents as a kick returner. His 3,408 kick return yards ranked first in USU history, and is also the best in WAC history. Williams achieved First Team All-WAC honors in 2012. He also finished his collegiate career as the WAC all-time leader in all purpose yards, with 6,928.

This pick is the first offensive weapon for the Colts in this draft, but it could be a dynamic one. If Williams could play at either or both of the running back or kick return positions, he may very well be a big steal in this draft.
