On Sunday, the Indianapolis Colts will travel to play their first of two AFC South divisional games against the Tennessee Titans. Not only will the Colts be looking to win their first divsional game this season, they will also be looking to break a ten-game losing streak on the road.

Last season, the Colts lost the first of two games against the Titans, in Tennessee. The Colts won the second game in Lucas Oil Stadium, for their first of only two wins in the 2011 season. This team has had their worst losses in their only two road games so far this season. The Colts lost 41-21 against the Chicago Bears in week one, and got beaten soundly against the New York Jets, by a score of 35-9 in week six. The Colts have not won a road game since December 26th, 2010, against the Oakland Raiders.

The Colts had a favorable amount of home games in the early part of this year’s schedule, with four of their first six games at Lucas Oil Stadium. The other side of that fact, is that the Colts will have to play six of their final ten games away from home. A road win against the Titans could be a huge step forward, or a small step back, for a young Colts team that is trying to break away from a dismal losing streak on the road.
