Indianapolis Colts Take Practice Back Home
After a night practice in Anderson, Indiana on Tuesday night, the Indianpolis colts took a day off from training camp. Their return to camp on Thursday was hampered by a rash of severe (and much needed) thunderstorms that swept throught he Midwest during the middle of the week. Indiana has suffered through a record-breaking 49 days of temperatures of 90 degrees or higher. Lightning storms swept through Indy late Wednesday night, which led to the Colts choosing to move Thursday’s practice back to their home court in Indianapolis.
Thursday marked the 13th day of training camp for the Colts, and was also the last practice in pads before the Colts take the field at home against the St. louis Rams for their first preseason game. Friday will be the final practice before this reloaded Colts team takes the field officially for the first time.
