Peyton Manning Secures His Future With Indianapolis Sports Media

Hey, Colts fans … have you had enough of Peyton Manning yet?   No?   Me either, which is a good thing, because Mr. No. 18 keeps popping up in Indianapolis news circles even as we try to move on to our next Luck-y day.  This time around, it seems that Manning is calling local media types to thank them for their coverage of him over the last 14 years.   Phillip B. Wilson has all the details at IndyStar.com, but suffice it to say that this was a pretty nice gesture that didn’t have to be made.  Manning continues to show class in his post-Indy days, and moves like this will go a long way toward keeping his image clean and sparkling in the Circle City.   At least until his Denver Broncos put a hurt on the Colts somewhere down the line.
