On the Indianapolis Star web site, Mike Chappell tells us tonight that Peyton Manning has been spotted throwing the football at Colts training camp in Anderson, and doing so with “decent velocity.” We should all thank the appropriately-named Chappell for delivering this joyous news to us as we break into celebration. Hallelujah, and maybe Curtis Painter can get back to perfecting his clipboard hold!
