The 2011 NFL Draft could become one of the most dissected in the history of the game. If the owners and Players’ Association cannot agree on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement before the Draft, teams will be seriously handicapped with their ability to trade players and picks, meaning this spring’s Draft could be the lightest on trades and heaviest on criticism ever.

Indianapolis selects 22nd overall; selecting in the 20s is nothing new for Colts management. This year’s options could help the Colts a great deal, and the CBA keeping teams from jumping in front of the Colts could make their Draft more comfortably predictable.

But then again, what NFL Draft is ever predictable?
