Breakfast with Champions
Ever wonder how many pancakes that Jeff Saturday can eat? or how many eggs that Reggie Wayne likes in the morning? or whether Peyton prefers sausage or bacon?
Well it will cost you a few pennies to find out, but if you happen to be in South Florida for the Super Bowl you might want to consider it (obviously, your shelling out the dollars to go down there so you might as well do the trip right!).
Athletes in Action will be hosting the 23rd Annual NFL Sanctioned Super Bowl Breakfast on the Saturday prior to the game at 8:oo AM (at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, FL). The winner of the Bart Starr Award for outstanding character and leadership in the community, on the field and at home. Center Jeff Saturday is a finalist for the award along with Saints QB Drew Brees and Cardinal signal caller Kurt Warner.
Along with these guys people expected to attend include Ravens Head Coach Jim Harbaugh, Colts Head Coach Jim Caldwell, Hall of Famers Anthony Munoz and Bart Starr. ESPN Commentator/ analyst Chris Mortensen will emcee the event with former Colt head coach tony Dungy scheduled to be the speaker.
Cost ranges from $150-200 a person or you can buy a table for $1500-2000; I have no idea how many seats there are for a table but you can also go to the following link for more information www.superbowlbreakfast.com.
This is a heck of a chance to support your Colts if you happen to be in the South Florida area for the game; if you can make it, I would say go. If someone does I would appreciate it if you could comment on a future post on who you thought had the hottest wife!
