The Indianapolis Colts announced on Thursday that the team has signed three rookies: cornerback Quincy Wilson, cornerback Nate Hairston, and inside linebacker Anthony Walker.

That means there’s just 5 other rookies who remain unsigned from the Colts 8-man draft class, but regarding the three already signed rookies:

  • Quincy Wilson, CB Florida (2nd round, 46th overall): The 6’1″, 211 pound cornerback recorded 33 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, 3 interceptions and 6 passes defensed in 13 games during his junior season–earning 2nd-Team All-SEC honors
  • Nate Hairston, CB Temple (5th Round, 158th overall): The 6’0″, 196 pound cornerback recorded 27 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, 3 pass breakups, and 2 interceptions in 14 games–helping the Owls win the Atlantic American Conference Championship.

Anthony Walker, ILB Northwestern (5th Round 161st overall): The 6’1″, 238 pound inside linebacker recorded 105 tackles, 10.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, an interception, and 4 forced fumble in 13 games during his junior season for the Wildcats–earning 2nd-Team All-Big Ten honors (for the 2nd time).

It’s worth noting that the Colts rookie camp begins on Friday, which will run until Sunday–meaning that all three rookies should be ready to roll for its start (with more fellow rookies presumably soon to join them).
