Best TD Bets for Colts vs. Falcons
- Josh Downs Anytime TD
- D.J. Montgomery Anytime TD
- Jonnu Smith Anytime TD
Josh Downs Anytime TD
We're going to target two receivers to score this week in case Michael Pittman isn't able to go for the Colts. One of those tow receivers is Josh Downs, who is a good bet to find the end zone regardless of Pittman's status.
Downs has hauled in at least three receptions in five straight games and he has the ability to exploit the potential lack of depth in the Falcons' secondary. He has two touchdowns on the year but is long overdue to score a third.
D.J. Montgomery Anytime TD
If Pittman can't go, it's D.J. Montgomery who will step into Pittman's role. Montgomery did fantastic in that spot last week against the Steelers, hauling in two receptions for 48 yards and a touchdown. Not only has he shown competence at the position, but he has also shown the ability to stretch the field and be a viable deep option for Gardner Minshew.
Bet on him now before oddsmakers catch on to how good this kid really is.
Jonnu Smith Anytime TD
If you're willing to bet on a member of the Falcons to score a touchdown, go ahead and bet on Jonnu Smith. Arthur Smith has shown time and time again this season that he has no desire to get the ball in the hands of his best players like Bijan Robinson or Kyle Pitts. Instead, he'd rather opt to run jet sweeps in the red zone to Jonnu Smith.
Smith has just as many receiving touchdowns as Drake London and Kyle Pitts this season, so why not bet on him to score again at much longer odds than those two other players? Knowing the head coach, he's a great bet at his current price.
Odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
