The Indianapolis Colts have signed defensive tackle Ricky Lumpkin to a reserve/future contract.

Originally an undrafted free agent out of Kentucky in the 2011 NFL Draft, Lumpkin has appeared in 7 career games, having spent 2013-14 with the Oakland Raiders and 2012 with the Arizona Cardinals respectively.

The 6’3″, 300 pound defensive tackle has 10 career tackles and 1 career sack. He’ll compete to become a rotational defensive lineman with the team in a group that includes T.Y. McGill, Earl Okine, Zach Kerr, and Kelcy Quarles among other backups.
