Colts at Steelers Injury Report: Freeman, Castonzo OUT
By Evan Reller
The Indianapolis Colts face the Pittsburgh Steelers but will be doing so without a number of key players on each side of the ball.
The Colts will have to face the Steelers with a revamped offensive line. Left tackle Anthony Castonzo is still recovering from a knee sprain and now right guard Hugh Thornton is out with an elbow injury. The Colts struggled to run the ball without Castonzo, and it won’t get any better now that Thornton is out.
Inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman is also out this week with a grade two hamstring injury. He was ruled out during coach Chuck Pagano’s first press conference this week.

Colts safety Mike Adams is listed as probable for Sunday’s game. He missed practice on Wednesday and gradually worked his way back to a full practice. Adams missed the past two games with an ankle and hamstring injury suffered during an interception return against the Broncos.
Erik Walden is also listed as probable with a heel injury. He missed Wednesday’s practice but was a full participant the rest of the week.
A number of other players showed up on the weekly injury report, but were merely given a day off for rest.
Not surprisingly, Phillip Dorsett (ankle) and Andrew Luck (kidney) are both out this week as well.
