Colts at Patriots: AFC Championship: Where to Watch

facebooktwitterreddit

The Indianapolis Colts head to the AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots today.

It has been an interesting week for the Colts who have had a number of distractions to contend with.

It started with the arrest of linebacker Josh McNary. McNary denied the charges and the Colts placed him on the commissioners exempt list. We will have more on this story in the coming week’s.

Trent Richardson drew attention by saying he would never be bench again. The Colts then left for Boston and Richardson was left in Indianapolis for personal reasons.

We also learned that backup tackle Xavier Nixon missed the team flight and therefore won’t be dressed for Sunday’s game.

With all the distraction, there is still a game to get ready for on Sunday.

We break it down with our official Colts at Patriots preview. We have injury updates for both teams as well. Colts corners Greg Toler and Vontae Davis were limited all week, but expected to play today.

We revisited the Week 11 loss to the Pats in Indianapolis and what has changed since that game. Our weekly intel report broke down the numbers on the Patriots and what it means for the Colts.

Andrew Luck could make postseason history. He could be the third QB to defeat Peyton Manning and Tom Brady in the playoffs. Luck would also be the first quarterback selected number one overall to reach the Super Bowl in his third year.

We looked at how Anthony Castonzo has been keeping Luck’s blindside clean all postseason and for most of the year.
